The questions that separate a properly run Umrah operation from a ticket seller — and what a straight answer to each one sounds like.

An Umrah package is not a product you can inspect before you buy. You pay months in advance, you travel to a country you may not know, and you find out what you actually bought on the third day. That is why the agency matters more than the discount — and why the right questions, asked early, are worth more than any comparison table.
Ask for the registered company name, the CIN and the GSTIN, and check that the invoice you receive carries them. An agency that operates as a registered company with a proper GST invoice is an agency you have recourse with. Ours are printed at the bottom of every page of this website.
Not "we provide an imam" — who, and what is their experience? Will they be on your flight, in your hotel, and with you in the Haram? A group leader who joins for the Ziyarat coach and disappears is not a group leader.
A quotation should name the hotel in Makkah and the hotel in Madinah, and state what happens if that hotel is not available. "4-star near the Haram" is not an answer; it is a way of avoiding one.
Ask for the inclusions and, more importantly, the exclusions in writing before any payment. Then read the exclusions twice. Every dispute we have ever heard about began with something that was never written down.
Payment should be to the company's account against a proper invoice, with a receipt, and with the payment schedule agreed in advance. Be cautious of any request to pay an individual's personal account. We issue a proforma invoice and a travel agreement before payment, every time.
Flights move, hotels overbook, and rules change. The question is not whether it can happen but what the agency does when it does. Ask directly: who tells me, how quickly, and who pays for what? A vague answer here is the loudest warning sign on this page.
Ask for the number you would call at two in the morning in Makkah, and ask who answers it. Ask whether there is anyone from the company in Saudi Arabia during your dates.
Ask us all twelve. We will answer every one in writing before you pay anything — that is the point of the way we work.
A written quotation in Indian rupees, with every inclusion listed.
