These terms govern the use of this website and the general basis on which Hisar Global Tourism Pvt Ltd provides travel services. The specific terms of your journey are set out in the proforma invoice and travel agreement issued to you before payment, and those documents take precedence.
Hisar Global Tourism Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India (CIN U63030DL2019PTC355402), GSTIN 07AAFCH0509M1ZL, registered office Altf Mr1, Plot No. 101, Mathura Road, Okhla, New Delhi 110044. In these terms, “we” and “us” means that company.
Prices shown or quoted are valid only for the dates, room type, departure city and party size stated in the quotation, and only for the period stated on it. Availability of flights and hotels is confirmed at the time of booking, not at the time of enquiry.
A booking is confirmed when we have received the payment set out in your proforma invoice and have issued a written confirmation. Payment schedules, deposits and the consequences of late payment are stated in your proforma invoice and travel agreement. Payments are made to the company bank account shown on the invoice.
Cancellation charges and change fees are stated in the travel agreement issued to you before payment, and vary by package, season and supplier. Airline tickets, hotel bookings and visa fees are frequently non-refundable once issued. Please read your agreement before paying.
It is the traveller's responsibility to hold a valid passport and any required vaccination certificates, and to provide accurate information for visa applications. We will tell you the requirements that apply to your travel dates, but we cannot be responsible for a refusal or delay caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied to us, or by a decision of an immigration authority.
Flight times, routings, hotels and programme details are subject to change by airlines, hotels and the relevant authorities. Where a change is material we will tell you as soon as we know and set out the options available to you.
We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including decisions of government or religious authorities, changes to Hajj or Umrah regulations and quotas, airline disruption, weather, or restrictions on access to any site.
Travellers are expected to follow the laws of the countries visited, the instructions of the group leader, and the rules in force at the holy sites. We may decline to carry, or may remove from a group, a traveller whose conduct endangers or seriously inconveniences others.
Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended for every traveller, and may be required for some journeys. Where insurance is not included in your package, arranging it is your responsibility.
If something goes wrong, tell your group leader at the time so that it can be put right on the ground. If it cannot be resolved there, write to us at hisarglobalindia@gmail.com and we will respond.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction.
