We collect documents, process the Saudi Umrah visa, issue tickets and brief the group on what happens on each day of the programme.
You are met at the airport and taken to the hotel. The programme usually starts in Madinah or Makkah depending on the departure — both orders are available.
Your group leader walks you through ihram, tawaf and sa'i, and stays available for questions through the stay.
Guided visits to the sites in both cities, and the transfer between them by coach or the Haramain High-Speed Train depending on the package.
Transfer to the airport and the flight home, with the team reachable until you land.
