To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, apply for visas, book flights and hotels, issue invoices, meet our tax and legal obligations, and contact you about your booking. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.
Only those who need it to deliver your journey: airlines, hotels, ground handlers, visa and government systems, insurers where applicable, and our professional advisers. Some of these are outside India, because your journey is. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
This site sets only what it needs to function, and stores your cookie choice in your browser so that we do not ask again. Analytics cookies are used only if you choose “Accept analytics” on the banner. Nothing is loaded before you choose.
The chat assistant answers general questions about our journeys. What you type is processed to generate a reply and is not used to build a profile of you. Please do not type passport numbers, payment details or medical information into it — send those to us directly instead.
Enquiry data is kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Booking and financial records are kept for as long as Indian tax and company law requires.

Access to booking data is limited to the staff who need it. Please do not send passport scans or payment details over unencrypted channels if you can avoid it — ask us and we will tell you how to send them safely.
