Every Hisar group is briefed before it travels. The webinar is a live session with the imam or group leader who will be with you, and it is where most first-time pilgrims stop being nervous.

What we cover

The rites, in order, explained slowly with time for questions
Ihram: when, where and what it changes
The duas and what to read where
The practical day: timings, transport, meals, the Haram
Travelling with elderly parents or young children
Health, medicines and staying well in the heat
What to pack — and what to leave
What to do if you are separated from the group

How it runs

Live, online, before departure

Scheduled close enough to your departure that it is useful, far enough ahead that you can still act on it.

With your actual group leader

Not a recording by someone you will never meet.

Questions welcome

Including the ones people are embarrassed to ask. Especially those.

Recording afterwards

So the family members who could not attend can watch it too.

Webinar dates are scheduled per group and confirmed to booked pilgrims by WhatsApp and email. If you have booked and have not received yours, message us and we will send it immediately.
