Registering on Nusuk: what Indian pilgrims need to know

Saudi Arabia manages Hajj and Umrah services through its official digital platforms. Here is how the process fits together, and where we take the work off your hands.

The platform, in plain terms

The Saudi authorities operate official platforms through which Hajj and Umrah services are registered and managed. Applications are made through a licensed operator or through the official channels, depending on the arrangement in force for your country and season.

What we do for you

  • Tell you which route applies to Indian pilgrims for your season, before you start.
  • Check your documents against the current requirements first, so nothing is submitted twice.
  • Handle the submission and the follow-up.
  • Keep you updated in writing at each stage rather than leaving you to refresh a screen.

What you should prepare

  • A passport with sufficient remaining validity for your travel dates.
  • A clear digital scan and a photograph to the specification we send you.
  • An email address and mobile number you actually use — the platform sends verification to it.
  • The same spelling of every name everywhere.

The rules, the platform and the routes available to Indian pilgrims are reviewed regularly. Ask us what applies to your season before you act on anything you have read online, including this page.

Where people get stuck

  • Creating an account with a phone number they no longer use.
  • Name spellings that differ between the passport, the account and the ticket.
  • Uploading a photograph that does not meet the specification.
  • Starting the process too close to the season.
