From your first message to your return flight

You tell us the plan

Dates, how many are travelling, the city you fly from, and how you want to share rooms — quad, triple, double or single.

We send a written quotation

Everything listed line by line in rupees: flights, visa, hotel nights in each city, meals, transfers, Ziyarat and the group leader — and what is not included.

You confirm

We issue a proforma invoice and the travel agreement. The booking is held once the advance reaches our company account.

We process the visa and tickets

Documents are collected, the Saudi Umrah visa is processed and tickets are issued.

Briefing before departure

So nobody arrives unsure of what happens on which day.

You travel, we stay reachable

A group leader with you on the ground and the India desk on the phone.

What you can expect from us in writing

A quotation you can compare line by line. A proforma invoice before you pay. An agreement that states what is included. A tax invoice once the booking is confirmed. No costs appearing afterwards that were not in the quotation.

Paying

By bank transfer to the company account named on the invoice. We do not ask for payment to a personal account — if anyone ever does, stop and call us on +91 70655 67719.
