Umrah and Hajj, answered

What does a Hisar Umrah package include?

It depends on the package. Every quotation we send lists the inclusions line by line — return flights, the Saudi Umrah visa, hotel nights in Makkah and Madinah, meals, airport and intercity transfers, guided Ziyarat and the group leader — along with anything that is not included.

Which documents do I need for Umrah from India?

A passport valid well beyond your return date, recent passport photographs with a white background, and your PAN card are the usual starting point. We confirm the exact list for your departure when we open your file, because requirements change.

How far in advance should I book?

For the quieter months, four to six weeks is usually enough. For school holidays, the last ten days of Ramadan and Shawwal, start three to six months ahead — the hotels closest to the Haram go first.

Do you arrange group departures for a mosque or community?

Yes. Group departures are a large part of what we do. Tell us the group size and the dates you have in mind and we will build the programme around them.

How far are the hotels from the Haram?

It varies by package and season. Distances are stated in your written quotation for the specific hotels being offered, measured to the mosque boundary rather than the main gates.

How do I pay, and what do I receive?

By bank transfer to our company account. You receive a proforma invoice and the travel agreement first; a tax invoice follows once the booking is confirmed.

Can you help with the flight only, or the visa only?

We can. Tell us what you need and we will quote for that part alone — though most travellers find the complete package simpler and better value.

Which languages do you support?

Our team works in English, Hindi, Urdu and Turkish.
